4. We send a digital preview to your email for review
5. Once art is approved, your portrait arrives in 5–8 business days
Photo Tips
Any photo works — casual phone snaps or even screenshots from a video reel are fine. A little blur or busy background is no problem.
No people in the photo, please.
For the clearest outcome: get a close-up at your pet's eye level, use natural daylight, and keep your pet alone in the frame. Eyes and snout should be fully visible unless you want a creative cropped look. 1–2 pets max per portrait.
When in doubt, send the pic and we'll let you know!
Our Process
- Every order includes one round of minor stylistic changes before final production: fine tuning of color and tone, background refinements, etc.
- Within 1-2 business days, we will send your preview link for you to review. You have 1 business day to request changes.
- After that, your portrait heads to print automatically so we can ship your artwork in a timely manner.
- Reply as soon as possible to have the fastest delivery time.
Timeframes count weekdays only, Monday through Friday.
