Production Timeline Each portrait is custom-designed to order. You will receive a digital preview within 2-3 business days of your order. Once you approve your design, your portrait is sent to our print partner for production and fulfillment.

Shipping Timeline Standard delivery typically arrives within 5-10 business days after print approval, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
International Orders International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your order total. PetPark Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Shipping Damage If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a reprint or refund promptly.
