Photo Tips
Any photo works, slightly blurry or low-light snapshots can even add to the creative outcome. For the most realistic results, a clear, well-lit photo where your pet is alone in the frame works best. Eyes and snout should be fully visible unless you want a creative cropped look. Multiple pets in same photo are acceptable, but 1 to 2 animals at a time work best. People will not be included in the art.

Our Promise
Every order includes one round of minor stylistic adjustments (color and tone, background refinements ...) before final production. In 48-72 hrs, we will send your preview link with a watermarked image for you to review. You have a 3-day window of time to request changes — after that, your portrait heads to print automatically so we can ship your artwork in a timely manner.
Change of mind. We think you will love our creative portraits. If for any reason, you change your mind, you can cancel during the preview window period, but we aim to please and will work to make you happy.
